  • Assisted in teaching the fundamental skills of softball to females grades 6th-12th.
  • Introduced new and advanced concepts and techniques to athletes in a team environment.
  • Prepared athletes mentally and physically for competition.
  • Work with the Head Softball Coach, the Administration team, Athletic Department, entire Coaching Staff, Parents and Students to ensure the success and safety of the student on and off the athletic field.​

"I had the pleasure of working with Leah as we were both assistant varsity softball coaches at St. Stephen's & St. Agnes School for three years.  Working with Leah was a very rewarding experience.  She has a way with kids that is both serious and fun.  Leah took the time to work with individuals on specific skills and was also adept at addressing the team's needs as a whole.  Leah's knowledge of softball tactics, practice techniques and in-game coaching helped us to achieve success at a very high level.  During stressful situations she always kept her cool, and always set a perfect example for the student-athletes we worked with.  The girls miss Leah this season!  I miss her knowledge and positive approach to her work and know that she will bring a high level of professionalism and talent to any position."
